| Corporations, LLCs, and registered Limited Partnerships doing business in Oregon must continuously maintain a Registered Agent with a physical Oregon street address (a PO Box alone does not qualify). The agent may be an individual resident of Oregon or an entity authorized to do business in Oregon, must be available at that address during normal business hours to accept service of process, and receives official state notices on the entity's behalf.
